Who can purchase in Tonne Grove?

Initial lots in Tonne Grove are open to current residents of Elk Grove Village only.

The following individuals are not eligible to secure a lot in Tonne Grove under any circumstances:

• Village elected officials

• Village Manager

• Village Attorney

• Deputy Village Manager

• Assistant Village Manager

• Village Clerk

• Any Village Department Head

• Any individual with an ownership interest in Developer and its subsidiaries; or

• Any household or immediate family member of the above, including spouses, parents, siblings, children (including stepchildren), and their respective spouses

How can one secure a lot in Tonne Grove?*

Tonne Grove will use a public Ticket Drawing System to select participants for Home/Lot Package purchases. The Village Attorney may establish reasonable rules and procedures for administering the drawing system and sales to eligible residents. Any such rules and procedures shall be subject to review and approval by the Village Board prior to implementation.
